Counselling?
You may find yourself at a point in your life where you feel you have nowhere to turn. The reasons can be varied, such as any type of loss, bereavement, divorce or illness. Or you may be looking to work on your personal development, such as improving self-esteem, building confidence or overcoming any fears.
Help and advice offered or received from relatives and friends can sometimes be more confusing than helpful. This is where counselling can help by offering an unbiased and non-judgemental space for you to work together with the therapist.

“... sooner or later she had to give up the hope for a better past.”― Irvin D. Yalom, Staring at the Sun: Overcoming the Terror of Death

How it works
In working with me at treehouse counselling, I offer a space for clients, which is confidential, safe and supportive.
Together we can build a therapeutic relationship that can help bring clarity, awareness and work towards short or long term plans.
Please feel free to contact me by phone, email or text for an informal chat.
The next step would then be to arrange a time for an initial consultation, with no obligation. Here we can get to know each other a little and work through any questions or expectations you may have about counselling.
Fees: 50 minute sessions are £70
